- Points are earned on what you pay for products, after discounts and excluding delivery.
- Order points show as pending and become spendable 7 days after delivery, once the returns window has closed. Points for returned items are removed.
- Choose one reward per order at checkout. Rewards can be combined with discount codes.
- Referral discounts are for a friend's first order; you get your points once their order has been delivered and the returns window has closed.
- The birthday bonus is given once a year, in your birthday month.
- Points have no cash value. We may change or end the programme with notice; points already earned stay spendable.
